Your Bayes score is quite high!  This is what I had for your email:
SpamAssassin (score=3.788, requis 5, BAYES_00 -2.60, BIZ_TLD 2.29, 
J_CHICKENPOX_12 0.60, SPF_HELO_PASS -0.00, URIBL_SBL 3.50)

As you can see my Bayes score countered the URIBL_SBL score.
