That's exactly what i do :)
I give 100 points to e-mails that contain a word 'virus' in subject (to
drop all fake virus-notifications) and set 'delete' as high-scoring spam
action in MailScanner.

Ofcourse setting it in rulesets should be faster. Despite that, this can
  also be done in spamassasin and that's all i wanted to say :)
