McAfee Bombing out the computer

Anyone else had problems with Mcafee killing the computer, and thinking
it's getting a DOS attack?

I've had this on a couple of servers where mailscanner spawns about 5
processes, and eats up 100% of the CPU and the messages all time out and
are marked as a DOS attack.
