Virus Scanning = rule question

The file does not have a virus in it. The problem is random zip files get
blocked because they are very small and expand to more than the % increase
allows for.
I guess I should have asked how to deal better with the real problem instead
of asking how to disable all virus checking.
I know I can increase the limit but there is some danger in having the %
expansion too large as well.
