white list clarification, please

Hi,

I've tried about every variation of different whitelist directives, but I
cannot get my finger on a couple things:

1) whitelisting mailscanner and spamassassin user group messages
2) whitelisting from my domain without letting other people spoofing my
address in (I'm using whitelist_from_rcvd, but not with correct values
apparently).

Anyone want to share their rules for the mailing lists and tell me which
header I'm looking for for the whitelist_from_rcvd directive?
