MailScanner 4.37.7, postfix 2.1.5: hash_queue_names

Try "hash_queue_names = deferred,defer,incoming,hold", the hold is used for
the single instance postfix with MS.

Though I use this..
hash_queue_names = incoming,active,deferred,bounce,defer,flush,hold
