egrep, awk on the maillog and finally pscp + import into excel did the
trick.

egrep -i 'ClamAV found|McAfee found|Bitdefender found' \
/patch/to/maillog | awk -F " " '{print $5$8":"$10}' > \
somefile.txt

Not exactly scientific or flawless but does the trick.
