invalid queue file?? help! :(

Hi

We are running MailScanner-4.34-8 and this problem no longer occurs
with exim. If you can't upgrade lib/MailScanner/exim.pm is the file
that needs to be altered. Also just delete the invalid queue files,
they are just spam.
