blacklist does not work

Don't worry, we all (except me, I guess :-) had to start somewhere. You 
nearly have the syntax right, but you have missed the "yes" off the end 
of each line.
To:   spam at host.domain12345.de   yes
From:   andreas at domain135.de   yes
As for any matching rule, that value you want to return to "Is 
Definitely Spam" is the answer "yes".
Make those changes, then "service MailScanner reload" if you are running 
most Linuxes.
