OT (Sort of) header_checks

I would like to add a line to my header_checks file for Postfix.
MailScanner has the line /^Received:/ HOLD
Is it okay to add the following to the header_checks? Should I add it
above or below the MailScanner line?

 /^content-(type|disposition):.*name[[:space:]]*=.*\.(exe|vbs|wmf|bat|scr|pif|com)/
               REJECT Bad attachment file name extension: $2
