Mailscanner.conf 4.46.2-3

The old versions of MailScanner are always available on the web site. 
Just look at the URL of the version that is displayed on the downloads 
page, and tweak the URL to produce the version number of what you want 
to download and you will get it. I keep a complete archive on there, 
back to version 4.00.1 at least. The structure was rather different 
before that, so people wanting 3.27 or earlier would need to contact me 
for a copy. Though hopefully there aren't too many people out there 
still running earlier versions than 4, they are mostly Debian "woody" 
users, of which there are still some.
