In the standard set up, sort of. You can create a MailScanner rule to not
scan for the domain but the mail will still go through the process of
being held, batched and sent on by MailScanner.

If you want to totally avoid MailScanner altogether and just let Postfix
relay the mail, then I woud set up another SMTP interface on another port
and smart host through that (And indeed you can be far cleaver about
stopping Postfix doing RBL look ups, strict RFC envelopes etc, etc). Don't
forget to not allow anthing else to relay through this though or else all
your MailScanner hardwork will count for nowt.
