Warning: recent vendor perl patch may harm MailScanner

I installed patches yesterday, and everything seems to be flowing just
fine on my boxes.  Running two on SuSE 9.3, and one on 9.0.  Don't
recall installing from CPAN - usually stick to YaST and let MailScanner
rebuild what's lacking...
