No. This rule was created because so many idiot "mail administrators",
including some which use MailScanner, still send "you sent a virus"
messages to the faked senders, sometimes they send even the virus "back".
And since many seem to use "mailscanner@" it hits on that. Furthermore,
there were viruses spread with faked bounce mails of "mailscanner@"
origin. More or less the only ham this rule hits are Julian's
announcements ;-)
