Maximum Message size and Attachmnet size no working for me

Julian, please help me with this. I have two identical MS relays and
they both are experiencing the same behavior. At what point during MS
processing is message and attachment size checked? Is it supposed to
show up in the logs and if so what is logged? Can I be overriding this
with something in my configs?

I just tried to reproduce this problem and failed. Works fine on my
systems.
You did reload/restart MailScanner after setting the config options,
didn't you?
