4.48 BUG?: SpamAssassin Local Rules Dir

is not the same, if that is not a typo it's clear why you have this problem. 
"SpamAssassin Local Rules Dir =" as of 4.48 should be empty (*) if it got 
detected during MS installation! Read the changelog for this version!

(*) I think upgrade_conf may have done it. Do you use it?
