SA-LEARN Keeps crashing at DBM.pm Line 624

[Marc Dufresne]

Since I'm running FreeBSD 5.4 what's the simplest and most efficient way
of recompiling Perl-5.8.7?

I'm asking this since Perl integrates with so many services. I wnat to
make sure its done correctly.

You are going to have to download and recompile a new copy of Perl from

scratch. I wonder why other people haven't hit this?
