removed attachment and notification to recipients

Hello forum,

I am currently running MR 4.38-10 and i have a question regarding 
attachment removing from emails.

Is it possible that for certain removed attachments recipients will not be 
informed?

I got 2 specific .exe files that i have configured in the 
filename.rules.conf file and i do not want that emails with those 2 files 
will be delivered nor any notification will be send to the recipients.

BTW those attachments comes from many addresses
