Uhm you define a ruleset for each domain, so sure, why not.
Just make different ones....

filename.conf.rules:

FromOrTo:  *@truepianos.com /etc/MailScanner/filename.rules2.conf
FromOrTo:  default /etc/MailScanner/filename.rules.conf

And so on...
