Solaris 10 build troubles

Has anyone built ClamAV or SA on Solaris 10?

I get loads of errors in /usr/include/sys/siginfo.h which I would cut 
and paste if I could.
They are very basic parse errors.

Has anyone tried this? And succeeded?
