Thanks for the reply.

I apparently mislead you though. I don't run Windows, I run Linux. I was 
saying I could only find the parameters for Windows specific PHP, and found 
nothing for Linux that is similar. But I will look up the parameter you 
mentioned above and see where that leads me.
