Email Notifications

If use MailWatch it will send an HTML notification... What it actually 
does is send a nightly email with the list of email that was 
quarantined. It then allows the user to request the email be released to 
them if they really want it. It also allows a user to set their own 
white and black lists.

You should take a look at it.
