Frankly, there is something you are doing wrong, whatever it is. Something 
you misread from the install instructions or so, a tiny something you just 
overlook each time you look at it. Hundreds or thousands of admins use it 
without any problems and more or less "at first glance". If you want to get 
it running go to the Mailwatch list.
