Error on MailWatch website

I was trying to read about MailWatch and keep getting the following message...
Writing /home/groups/m/ma/mailwatch/htdocs/data/cache/6/6551a83adb8942674a26dad38ffad79c.xhtml failed

Also the documentation pages don't seem to be there.

Is there anyone on this list that has anything to do with MailWatch?

There's no contact email address to send the report to, I have subscribed to their mail list but I haven't received the confirmation 
yet.
