In hebrew emails mail scanner puts gibberish in the Subject line

No. You need to learn how to use "patch".

Copy the Message.pm.patch.gz to /usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/
gunzip Message.pm.patch.gz
patch < Message.pm.patch

The restart MailScanner as long as the patch command succeeded.

I haven't implemented the patch on my own systems, so I suggest you  
send the mail to yourself.
