TNEF still a problem?

I'll agree with this observed behaviour.  I saw some messages
stalling in the hold queue, and it cleared up soon after I changed
from internal to external tnef decoding.  I will add that it seemed
that the MailScanner process was crashing when it was doing this
as the maillog file showed "MailScanner Starting" a few times
a minute.
