Jan,

There will be a lot of announcement this week including the release of
version 1.71 which we believe has removed all of the small but annoying
bugs J

I’ll make sure that you are copied on the announcements.

Bets regards,

Subject: whitelisted mail - how to see why

Hi

Im running SMGateway 1.65 and Im having some problems with mail beeing
whitelisted and I do not know why. How can I see what rule if any that
did the whitelisting of the email? There are no whitelistnings for that
domain and the spam score is over 36.

Where are whitelisted domains/email addresses written to –
disk/database? If I have a message ID and look at the details for the
“handling” of the mail should I then be able to see what
“rule” whitelisted the mail?

Mvh

Jan
