OT: Sendmail and Mailertable Problem

No, do you mean in the access file? or in mailertable as
.abcd.co.uk    relay:[mail.abcd.co.uk]

Well its doing an MX lookup on the domain rather than using the value in 
the mailertable

Have you run "makemap hash mailertable.db < mailertable"?
