They are simply caused by trying to install modules which are already 
installed as part of the newer version of Perl contained in RHEL 4. 
Totally harmless.

This is also harmless. Due to the place Perl insists on installing 
MIME::Base64 by default, I have to install it in a totally separate 
place which isn't on the Perl search path by default. However, 
MailScanner finds it as expected.
