We have been using the http://dag.wieers.com/packages/unrar/ rpms on many
rpm systems with no problems.

For SuSE 9.X. we've been using the rpm.pbone.net rpm at:

http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/1625252/com/unrar-3.4.2-2.i586.r
pm.html

Again no problems.
