Whitelists + blacklists

Hey Guys,

I have enabled per domain blacklisting + whitelisting in mailscanner.
However it seems that the files in /etc/MailScanner/spam.bydomain only
understand the concept of 'mail from' not 'mail to'..
How would I say that I want to whitelist all mail to my address?
I tried putting in
To:             wayne at nightsol.net     yes
In a file called default in /etc/MailScanner/spam.bydomain/whitelist and
that hasn't worked..
Anybody able to point me in the right direction?
