New on Redhat 9 (problems)

It did say utf8 in the file, it now just says LANG="us_eng"

 

Still similar errors however… slightly different failure rates on
the one below.  All of the other errors are the same.

 

One note, in the beginning it says it’s rebuilding the modules for
a i386 system.  I am on an i686 system.

Maybe it did not build correctly?
