postfix installation instruction addition

Using the new mothod of interfacing MailScanner with postfix via hold
queue is great, but there needs to be one addition to the instructions.
With the instructions now, all email is getting scanned twice, once from
header checks in smtpd service and then by header check in pickup service,
so disable header checks from pickup service

In master.cf:

pickup    fifo  n       -       n       5       1       pickup
                -o receive_override_options=no_header_body_checks



Also a good thing is the wakeup time of 5 (as shown above), since the
normal wakeup time is 60.
