On a tangent note Joshue:
In the postfix install where you've added a note, could you either
make that a footnote or a separate notes section at the end?
And your note looks like it'd endorse the old deferred method for
a dual postfix setup... That's perhaps not so good. Could you change
that or note the possible downside with that approach?
I think it'd be best to have this type of thing as a separate section
with a bullet list at the bottom.
