rpm -e spamassassin
(or whatever name is required to make it remove DAG's rpm).
Then search /usr/lib/perl5 for any files called *.cf with
find /usr/lib/perl5 -name '*.cf' -print
then delete them all.
And then
find /usr/lib/perl5 -name 'SpamAssassin.pm' -print
and delete it, and any files in subdirectories of it that look like they
are SpamAssassin-related (e.g. called "SpamAssassin" :-)

Then reinstall the rpm again.

Now you should only have 1 version installed, hopefully.
