I think the key is that the default entry be LAST in your list.

Does it matter in which order the actions come?

eg:

is

To: a at b.com      delete forward spamtrap at b.com
FromOrTo: default deliver

the same as

To: a at b.com      forward spamtrap at b.com delete
FromOrTo: default deliver

And is tab spacing important in this type of ruleset?
