But the code section of SweepViruses.pm that begins:
if(MailScanner::Config::Value('allowpasszips')
Looks at the allow password protected config value and doesn't add
CL_ENCRYPTED to the call to the scan function unless allow password
protected is false? And clamscan doesn't block encrypted by default.
