Allow password protected/encrypted zip files from a singler sender

I have a similiar problem. I attempted to setup a ruleset, but no matter what
I do it doesn't work. I've first tried:

From: user at allowed.com and To: local_user at ourdomain.com yes
FromOrTo: default no

Then:

From: user at allowed.com yes
FromOrTo: default no

All emails with attached encrypted zip files get marked as containing a
virus. I reversed the order, still didn't work. I tried:

From: local_user at ourdomain.com yes
FromOrTo: default no

To see if we can even send an encrypted zip file. Still didn't work. I also
tried:

From: *@ourdomain.com yes
FromOrTo: default no

That didn't work. I'm feeling really stupid.
