MailScanner always calls SpamAssassin as the same user. It is impossible to
know the recipient's username until a message is being delivered, which is
long after MailScanner has worked on the message.
The common SpamAssassin settings that people want to tweak per-user or
per-domain are settable in MailScanner using rulesets, such as the per-user
score thresholds and white/black lists among others.
