Parser.pm error since upgrade to SA 3

Since upgrading to SA3, when I run 'spamassassin -D --lint' I now see this
error:

Argument "no" isn't numeric in addition (+) at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Mail/SpamAssassin/Conf/Parser.pm line 572.

I can't find any info in the news groups, the SA wiki, or these forums.
ANyone have an idea? It does not seem to impact SA's functioning.
