Ie. Perl 5.6.1 is the minimum, not 5.8

On a RAQ you would be best advised to use SA 2.64 with spamcop URI
You *could* upgrade Perl, but you would run the risk of losing certain
Cobalt functionality (if the 550's internals are anything like the RAQ4's)
