checking outgoing mail attachments

Peter,
Thanks for the reply i just did what you told me to do but i am
getting this error in the logs when i reload the mailscanner.
cannot open filename-rules file /etc/rules/filetypeincoming.rules.conf, skipping
is this a permissions issue or something else...thanks
