Attachment blocking and email queuing

Is it possible to block emails containing an
attachment and then place the email in a queue that can later be processed? For
example, initially block all emails containing .pps files to a queue. The queue
can then be check to determine if the emails look suspicious. If the emails
seem legit they can then be processed onto the intended recipient. This would
avoid simply dumping and losing all files that contain a specific attachment.<o:p></o:p>
