MailScanner-MRTG, another unstable release

Well, the unstable release of 0.09.02 managed to live up to its name
(thanks to all those who beta tested it).  0.09.03 is now available to
download from http://mailscannermrtg.sourceforge.net  This release fixes
a number of bugs present in 0.09.02, including one bug which can cause
the timeout code in 0.09.02 to fail resulting serious performance
degradation on systems where the timeout should be triggered. As such
this upgrade is strongly recommended to anyone running a 0.09.00 or
0.09.02 release.

As ever all feedback appreciated via the forums on the sourceforge site.
