Thanks. Seems as though the conf_upgrade didn't copy the $MailWatchLogging over to the new .conf file. Works now, can't believe I missed that one!

you'll need to edit the /usr/lib/MailScanner/CustomConfigs.pm to add in
the MailWatch.pm line and copy over the MailWatch.pm file as well from
the old location..
