ClamAV found Virus but not recognised by Mailscanner

 Do you have any symlinks in that path?  E.g. in mailscanner.conf does
it say  /mnt/data/spool/MailScanner/incoming or is it perhaps
/var/spool/MailScanner/incoming ?  You must use the real path, not a
symlinked one.
