ClamAV found Virus but not recognised by Mailscanner

Hi.

Having the following problem.
Mailscanner 4.33.3.1 with Clamav 0.75.1 installed. When sending a testmail
with a virus Clamav found it but MailScanner says that no infection was
found. Mail.info shows the followin entries:

When switching to F-Prot it workstation problem
