Mcafee license question

Well we don't have any mcafee licenses, products and or agreements,..
Sorry if my post was a bit misleading.
I was just wondering if it's legally possible to use their linux command
line scanner, and if so, which kind of licensing they will use, per domain,
per server or per user,....

For example i got an answer from Panda AV telling me that if i wanted to
use the panda commandline scanner in mailscanner, i had to buy a +- 9.50^À
license per user.
