Limit message size or attachment size

Postfix at least, and probably most other MTAs, will abort the
connection once the max message size is reached, not even accepting the
rest of it. The message never even gets queued this way. It doesn't get
saved to disk, the MTA forgets about it and MailScanner never sees it.
