Attached is a replacement install.sh for RPM-based systems. There is a
clash between perl's packaging and redhat's.

This one avoids the version number check on MIME::Base64 which overcomes
the problem as the rpm for this module is then installed, satisfying the
build requirements of the MIME-tools rpm.
